We are NOT responsible for any changes to flight times, weather or traffic conditions. We have taken your booking on the grounds that your flight will arrive on time & at the scheduled Airport mentioned above, for any reason your flight is delayed or early we will make every effort to ensure that you are collected on time, this could mean waiting for the next available vehicle or sharing transport with another party.

If your flight is diverted to another UK airport you will be charged the difference, we will give you a receipt so you have proof of payment to claim from the airline responsible, for any reason we can’t collect you from the diverted airport we will refund the money which you have paid Huddersfield Travel for the return. Please Note We run a very tight schedule if your flight is diverted this is out of our control, if we are unable to come out to you this will be due to our prior booking commitments, as explained above Your booking has been taken on the grounds that the flight will arrive on time & at the scheduled Airport

We are NOT responsible for any problems caused by traffic on route to the Airport, we will make every effort to get you to the Airport in time for your flight

You are responsible for any airport parking charges arising from calling driver into the airport before you are outside & waiting with you luggage

We require full payment on the outbound journey, if paying by cheque there will be a charge of £5 this is to cover banking costs.

It is your responsibility to notify Huddersfield Travel on the above mobile telephone no. if you are not on the above mentioned flight, failure to do this will incur additional charges.

If you need any assistance with filling this form in please ask the driver as we are NOT responsible for any mistakes e.g. FLIGHT NUMBERS, DATES, and TIME OF ARRIVAL.

Please check your phone; you will receive a text with your driver’s name & number. After you have collected your luggage please call this number so the driver can make a meeting point with you. PLEASE NOTE by providing your mobile no. & contacting the driver direct will make a quicker & more efficient response than calling the office You will only be wasting your time & ours by calling before you have your luggage, you will only be told to call again when you have got your luggage & are outside. This could also incur parking charges if driver has pulled into the Airport prematurely as a result of your phone call.

Please Note: Any extra drops will be charged at £2.50 per mile + £2.50 per drop (minimum charge £5.00)
